Wha7 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the wha7 platform (https://wha7.win) and all related services. By using any wha7 service — including creating an account, playing games, making deposits, or withdrawing funds — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all players residing in or accessing wha7 from Bangladesh. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using wha7.

Language & Interpretation

• Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to register an account on wha7.
• Wha7 officers, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in certain promotions.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your wha7 account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact wha7 Support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. wha7 is not liable for any loss resulting from a lost or stolen password unless our own negligence is proven.

KYC Verification

Wha7 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. The following documents are typically required:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to submit KYC documents within the required timeframe may result in suspended withdrawals or account closure.

Bonus Eligibility Conditions

Each bonus offer on wha7 has its own terms and wagering requirements. Please read the specific conditions before claiming any bonus. The general rules are:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each person can claim it once.
• Bonus cash can be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• If multiple accounts share the same IP address, device, or payment method and claim bonuses, all such bonuses will be voided.
• Wha7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement is a multiplier that determines the total amount you must bet before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of BDT 30,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Live Casino games and Sports Betting may contribute at a lower rate. Full details are available on each bonus page.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit on wha7 is BDT 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from another person's account or through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed instantly.
• There are no additional charges on deposits — the full amount you send will be credited to your account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 6 hours.
• Large withdrawals (over BDT 50,000) may require additional verification.
• An active bonus may put your withdrawal on hold. You can cancel the bonus to proceed with the withdrawal, but the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Suspicious Transactions

Wha7 is committed to preventing money laundering and other financial crimes. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions. If fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified, the relevant balance and account will be suspended immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities if necessary.

Acceptable Gaming Conduct

All games on wha7 are operated purely for entertainment. Players are expected to follow the rules below:

• Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to defraud the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If you become aware of any such bug, it is your responsibility to report it to support immediately.
• Wha7 reserves the right to void any winnings paid out in error due to a technical fault.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wha7 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Playing using proceeds from money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using a false or fake identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately towards other players.
• Attempting to hack the wha7 system or circumvent any security measures.

Our Commitment

Wha7 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a solution to financial problems or a source of income. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of every player.

• Wha7's brand name and logo are not licensed for use by third parties.
• Game software is protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective providers, and their own licensing terms apply.

Disclaimer

Wha7 accepts no liability for the following:

• Interruption to a game session due to internet connectivity loss or device issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with another person.
• Data loss caused by third-party software or malware.
• A discrepancy between actual game results and your personal expectations.

If a payment is made in error due to a technical fault, wha7 reserves the right to correct or reclaim that amount.

Service Interruption

Wha7 may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any such downtime. wha7 is not liable for any betting losses resulting from service interruptions.

Closed at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting wha7 Support. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before closing. Accounts closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.

Closed at wha7's Initiative

Wha7 may close or suspend your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or submitting fraudulent information.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Abusive behaviour towards other players or staff.
• Court orders or requests from law enforcement agencies.

Bonus balances on accounts closed due to policy violations will be forfeited. However, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be considered for return separately.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Wha7 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website and notify you via your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
